If you would like to speak directly to a veterinarian, you may call VetTriage. The VetTriage veterinarians are available 24/7. For a $50.00 charge, a VetTriage veterinarian will assess your pet on a live video chat to determine if your pet requires immediate emergency care while answering any questions you may have.

If you would like to evaluate the urgency for veterinary care and do not wish to pay a fee, you contact Petriage. The free Petriage Analysis tool is available 24/7 and helps you make informed decisions about the need for veterinary care. The app gives pet parents real-time results and recommendations while evaluating pet symptoms on a four-point scale: Non-threatening, Worrisome, Urgent, Emergency. You will not speak to a veterinarian. There will not be a charge to you.
