Rolesville

Dr. Sawyer earned her DVM degree with honors from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. She was granted membership to Phi Zeta, the Veterinary Honors Society, for academic achievement. After veterinary school, she completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia. She has been in private practice ever since. Dr. Sawyer’s veterinary interests include feline medicine, dentistry, ultrasound, and nutrition.

Rolesville

Dr. Wilson is an NCSU graduate, earning her BS in 2016 and DVM in 2020. Her family moved from Indiana to North Carolina in 1999, and she has lived in the area ever since. When she was 17, she started working at a local veterinary hospital, where she learned she wanted to be a veterinarian. Dr. Wilson’s interests include ophthalmology and cardiology.

Rolesville

Dr. Courtney Hamilton is a Raleigh native who graduated from NC State University in 2018 with a B.S. in Zoology. She then continued her education at NC State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated with her DVM in 2023. She worked in other small animal hospitals in the Triangle area before joining the Rolesville Veterinary Hospital team in 2025!

Dr. Hamilton has special interests in dermatology, oncology, neurology, and internal medicine. She is passionate about delivering the highest quality of care and compassion to all of her patients, which include dogs, cats, and exotic pets.

In her free time, Dr. Hamilton enjoys baking, traveling, spending time with her corgi Ruby, and playing video games.
